Development of the learning environment of Tallinn Health Care College on the basis of the Moodle platform. Moodle (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) is one of the most common freeware e-learning environments with nearly 70 million registered users worldwide. Moodle has a number of different e-learning tools and activities that can be used in e-courses.
