Since the beginning of 2021, Krabu Grupp has begun to offer customers a new enterprise resource management solution developed on the basis of the Axelor platform. The system is integrated with most significant services of the Estonian e-state and is a subscription-free solution installed on the customer’s server.

The main advantages of Axelor over existing solutions are that after installation, the system is handed over to the customer, so business-critical data does not leave the enterprise and is not stored in a rented cloud solution. In addition, the system can be configured and expanded to a significant extent at the discretion of the client – both in terms of the number of users and the capabilities used.

The system allows you to monitor various processes of the enterprise and maintain flexibly customizable statistics in various areas of business – from production to cash flow management, as well as manage personnel, projects, partnerships, and the value chain. Flexible customization capabilities allow you to tailor the solution for an enterprise of any size and field of activity.

“We chose Axelor as our base platform precisely because of its exceptional flexibility and openness. This is an excellent tool for both a large production plant and a small consulting firm. Having implemented it at our company, we have completely moved from Excel spreadsheets to a single source of information that allows you to clearly see data in real time and improve the quality of decision making process. In addition, after the implementation of the invoice processing module, we managed to almost completely digitalize this process, which improved the quality of data and saved up to 20 hours per month, which were previously spent on conducting settlements with clients and statistics. Having received such a result at home, we are happy to share the work done with other Estonian enterprises,” said Kirill Krabu, the initiator of the system implementation.

Axelor is open source based, so the system can be easily integrated with any software already available in the enterprise. Today, the solution developed by Krabu Grupp is integrated with the Commercial Register and is able to automatically send regular invoices and e-invoices, as well as monitor the receipt of funds and remind customers in case of payment delays. Flexible user accounts allow to organize the exchange of information and track changes made to the system.

The cost of implementing the solution in an enterprise depends on the number of modules selected and the needs for integration with other software. After the ready-to-use solution is handed over to the client, the system remains the property of the customer without a monthly subscription fee. On average, Axelor implementation will cost less than 3 years of subscription fees for existing cloud solutions. Since the needs of enterprises can vary significantly, it is difficult to name the average cost of implementing the system – for more detailed information, please, contact us, and we will be happy to offer a free consultation, during which, together with the customer, the scope of work will be determined and, as a result, its cost and deadlines.
